Choose your operating system to download RustDesk. Desktop bundles are configured for Pharma Nord. Mobile apps need a one-time server setup after installation.
Open the EXE without renaming it.
Extract the ZIP and open Setup RustDesk.command.
Download, allow the file to run as a program, then open it. No sudo, installer, or manual extraction.
Install the APK, allowing installation from your browser if prompted. Then follow the mobile setup below. Screen sharing and control require Android permissions.
Control your computers from an iPhone or iPad. RustDesk cannot share or remotely control the iPhone or iPad itself.
Quit any existing RustDesk before setup. Once the app is ready, share your ID with your support contact and approve their connection request.
macOS: setup requests your administrator password. Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings when prompted.
Linux quick support: in Files, right-click the downloaded .run file → Properties → Permissions → allow executing it as a program, then open it. If your file manager will not run it, use bash ~/Downloads/pharmanord-quicksupport-x86_64.run in a terminal (use aarch64 for ARM64). Share your RustDesk ID and approve your support contact.
The launcher automatically uses Wayland when available, with X11 as a fallback. It prefers your system’s graphics libraries and uses bundled libraries if required dependencies are missing.
Prefer the two-launcher archive? Intel / AMD bundle · ARM64 bundle.
If your app has no import option, enter the values under Manual configuration below.
Install RustDesk for your distribution, then use Settings → Network → Import server config with the contents of this configuration file.
