Pharma Nord remote support — RustDesk 1.4.9

Quit any running RustDesk before setup.
Windows: run the EXE without renaming it.
macOS: extract the ZIP and open Setup RustDesk.command. Administrator password required. Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings when prompted.
Linux: extract the tar.gz and run ./setup-rustdesk.sh from a terminal on Ubuntu/Debian. Administrator password required.
Setup configures RustDesk to use shadow.pharmanord.com. It does not set an unattended-access password.
Other Linux distributions: install the official RustDesk package and import server-config.txt via Settings > Network > Import server config.

Linux AppImage launchers:
- Start RustDesk.sh: standard portable AppImage, using bundled libraries.
- Start RustDesk (system libraries).sh: compatibility launcher using system GTK/graphics libraries; tested on Arch Linux ARM with KDE Wayland. Try this if the standard launcher appears in the panel but shows no window. Requires compatible system libraries and extracts a local runtime on first launch.
Both apply the same Pharma Nord server configuration. Quit RustDesk before switching launchers.

Mobile: Android uses the official universal APK and iOS uses the App Store. These require one-time server configuration. Use Copy server configuration on the download page, then import in RustDesk server settings. iOS controls other devices only; it cannot share its own screen. Android APKs are verified and refreshed by the monthly update job.

Ubuntu/Linux Quick Support: download pharmanord-quicksupport-x86_64.run (or aarch64), allow execution in file properties, then open. Alternatively run bash followed by the downloaded filename from a terminal. No sudo or package installation is needed; the bundled client is extracted automatically and configured. Add --system-libraries if the standard graphics runtime does not show a window. The client still needs screen-sharing/input permissions required by the desktop. Runtime files are temporary; server settings remain in the user profile.

Linux launcher update: Quick Support and both archive launchers now select Wayland first when running a Wayland session, with GTK fallback to X11. They prefer host graphics libraries and fall back to the extracted bundled runtime if dependencies are missing. The --system-libraries option is no longer needed for Arch/Wayland.
